Where all do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide via our trusted logistics partners who are experienced in handling domestic as well as international packages with the utmost care and security.
How long does it usually take for you to deliver an order?
All orders are usually processed by us within 24-72 hours of successful order placement. Upon processing, delivery takes 5-7 business days for domestic shipments and 10-15 business days for international shipments.
Once an order is shipped, you would be receiving from us the tracking details for the same.
In case there is any unforeseen delay, we or our logistics partner will do our best to keep you posted.
What are the delivery charges like?
All deliveries within India are currently free. For international shipments, shipping charges will apply.
Please note that international shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
What happens in case of a failed delivery?
If your order is returned to us because of a failed delivery, we would be happy to ship it to you again but the shipping charges will have to be borne by you. To ensure such a situation doesn’t arise, please make sure that you share the correct delivery details while placing the order and also track your package diligently.
What modes of payment are available?
You can choose from a host of highly safe and secure payment options like PayPal, AmEx, Diners, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay as well as United Payment Interface (UPI) and digital wallets.
Can I make changes to an order I just placed?
