Refund policy

By placing an order on ozoworld.in or requesting a return or exchange, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These may evolve over time, so we recommend reviewing them before each transaction to stay informed.

We request you to be certain about your order before you place it. For any sizing questions, you can reach out to us at hello@ozoworld.in or DM us on Instagram. We do not provide exchanges for change of mind.

EXCHANGE/RETURN CRITERIA:

You can request an exchange/return if:

  • The item doesn’t fit

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • Any accessory or component is missing


Please ensure the item you wish to exchange/return meets the following conditions:

  • Is in original, unworn condition

  • Tags, packaging and accessories are all intact

  • Has not been washed, altered or tampered with

  • Has no stains, odours, scratches or damage

  • Is returned as a complete set, if purchased as one

We reserve the right to decline exchanges/returns that don’t meet the above standards.


EXCHANGE & RETURN TIMELINES:

You need to raise an exchange/return request within 2 days of order delivery. 

Once your request is approved by our team, you will receive an email confirmation and our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 24–48 hours.

We will attempt pickup only once. If the scheduled pickup fails, you may be requested to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Reverse pickups are subject to availability in your area’s pincode. If pickup service is not available in your area, we will guide you on how to ship the item back safely.


REFUND:

All returns undergo a quality check once received. If approved, we will move forward with your exchange or issue a gift card of equivalent value redeemable on future purchases at ozoworld.in

If your preferred size is out of stock, you will be offered an exchange for another item or a gift card of equivalent value redeemable on future purchases at ozoworld.in

No other types of refund are currently on offer.


CANCELLATIONS:

All orders placed on ozoworld.in are final and not eligible for cancellation.


IMPORTANT: 

We strive to display product colours on our site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy, as colours may appear differently depending on your monitor or device screen. Additionally, the colours shown in images may vary slightly from those of the actual products.

Every garment is individually crafted, and the hand-dyed and manually screen-printed details may vary subtly. These distinctions elevate each piece, making it uniquely yours.
